In the last 7 years I’ve been working as a visual researcher and coolhunter in China. I’ve been monitoring trends, values and cultural aspects of consumption. On behalf of Future Concept Lab, I’ve been working for companies like Ferrero, Disney, Thai Ministry of Culture. I’ve also been working as an independent researcher for Tea-trends and Barilla. What I do is collecting photos, videos, desk research material. I package reports which help my clients to get a cultural immersion and to shape their brand strategy in China.

Meanwhile I’ve been working in front of and behind the camera, and I’ve been chatting on Radio2 (Italian national radio broadcaster) for several formats about China.

On tv I worked as a host for Yunnan tv until I got sick of being the “foreign panda”, then I moved behind the camera as an independent documentary maker and video producer.

At the moment, I’m collaborating with ORF Austrian tv, Beijing office, and I’m producing a long feature documentary in Tajikistan, Italy and Hong Kong.
